2009

 

New information for 2009:

 

·                    We are trying to reduce our dependence on paper communication.  All of the volunteer schedules will be posted on the website and will be sent out via e-mail.  Also, the majority of our communication will be sent via e-mail.  Please make sure that you list a frequently used e-mail address on your 2009 Registration Form and please check it frequently. 

 

·                    First ever “Have Two Get the Rest Free” program.  The Swim Team Board has adopted a new policy that there will be a cap on registration fees of up to 2 swimmers.  The total amount per family will be either $200 or $220 (depending on the timing of the registration).

 

·                    Team Picture Day is Thursday, June 18th at 9:00 a.m.

 

·                    New form for the Mentor program. 

 

·                    ORCA apparel and Trident conference t-shirt orders are included in registration materials.
