Oakhurst Swim Team

Saturday, July 3^rd, 10:00 - 12:00 - "Swim Laps for Money" - Swim $.10/lap up to $500 which will then be donated to Hesed House. The $500 has been generously donated by Unilever.

July 15^th and July 20^th Swim Meets - Food drive - Distribute a minimum of 2 marked grocery bags to neighbors to fill with canned goods and hygiene products. Bags will be handed out at the "Swim Laps for Money" and the swim meet on July 8^th.

Raging Waves Water Park - Due July 16th - Make check out to Diane Daugherty and return with form in Brian Daugherty's folder

Swim Team Scholarship - Due Sunday, July 18 to Heather Mathew

Swim Banquet Form: Fill out and put in "Banquet Folder" by Wednesday, July 21st

Regular Swim Practice Monday through Friday starting Tuesday, June 1, 2010

8:30am   - 9:30 or 10:00am for 11 and older

9:30am   - 10:30am for 9 and 10 year olds

9:45am - 10:30am 7 and 8 year olds with swim team experience

10:30am - 11:00am 6 and under; 7 and 8 year olds with no swim team experience

Intersquad Practice Swim Meet - Saturday, June 12, 2010  9am - 12pm

Team picture day - Thursday, June 17, 2010 9am

Waubonsie Valley Aquatics Dive and Turn Clinic Registration Form - Due Mon. June 28th to Shirley Hurdle

Trident Conference T-Shirt Order Form - Due Mon. June 28th; Place in Georgia, Ethan or Audrey Young's folder in the ribbon box

CONCESSIONS: This season, we are asking for a $10 donation per family. This money will be used to stock the concessions over the course of the season. Please drop off your donation by May 15^th to Kathryn Strater, 683 Westridge Dr., or Tammy Jacobi, 2440 Chatfield Court. There will be a plastic box on each of our porches to drop your donation in. If paying by check, please make it out to Kathryn or Tammy. If paying by cash, please make sure you mark the outside of your envelope with your name.
